1) Shaniwar Wada Palace

Being one of the most visited historical places in Pune, Shaniwar Wada Palace, was built by Bajirao Peshwa I of the Maratha Empire in the 18th century. 3) Vetal Tekdi

With an elevation of 2600 ft., Vetal Tekdi is the highest point of Pune, offering a panoramic view of the city. Adventure enthusiasts can trek and reach the hill top early in the morning or in the evening to watch the splendid sunrise and sunset. If not trek, then the travelers can also cycle or drive up to the hill. Bird watching is another popular activity available in the Vetal Tekdi. 

4) Pashan Lake

Located at the suburbs of Pashan hills, Pashan Lake is an artificial yet beautiful lake. It was built during the British era as a water reservoir.
